ARSP has been working with the Jewish people since the 1980s, when the groundwork for cooperation with the Jewish Community was laid. Since then many of our volunteers assisted Holocaust survivors and Jewish senior citizens.
ARSP volunteers also work in educational agencies like Holocaust Centers and organizations that teach the significance of the moral choices we make today.
Community organizing is an effective approach of self-empowerment that gives people the opportunity to speak up on their own behalf. ARSP volunteers have been working in that field since start of the US Program in 1968.
